Responsibilities

• all outside parts and any fixtures and fittings inside the guestroom
• pipes, wiring, fittings for your AC/heating system, drains
• power and lighting
• any smoke detectors we have installed
• servicing appliances, common facilities or open areas
• replacing lost keys and changing locks
• replacing bulbs and fluorescent starters
• repairing doors and fixtures (this includes making adjustments for new carpets)
• clear blocked wastepipes or toilets
• filling minor cracks or holes in wall plaster
• putting up any TV's
• replacing the battery in your smoke detector (if it is battery-operated)

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Diploma.
• Experience preferred but not required
• Can understand and speak Papiamento and English.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mason skills
• Service oriented
• Strong physical condition
• Has a Dutch passport or a valid work permit
