Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Union Caribe N.V. located in Oranjestad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development.

Qualifications

Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills

Benefits Administration and Policy Development experience

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
