Caribbean Palm Village Resort is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handy man to join our maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or handy man
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
