Responsibilities

• washes, cuts and prepares food and ingredients for cooking following prescribed recipes
• Preparer all of the kitchen tools necessary for cooking and cleaning
• Receive food ingredients and supplies from the main kitchen and pantry as required for daily operations.
• Review production schedules to determine food requirements, including variety and quantity needed.
• Carve and display meats, vegetables, fruits, and salads for service.
• Organize the storage areas and shelves in the kitchen
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Responds to the needs of the Chefs and other cooking staff

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Culinary Diploma or equivalent
• Can understand and speak English and Spanish
• Follow food safety and HACCP guideline
• Can work different shifts
• Has a valid Health Card
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
