We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all F&B areas, including Elements Restaurant, the SandBar, lounge area, and beach service. Your goal? Ensuring total guest satisfaction through outstanding service, a positive team culture, and smooth, professional operations. As F&B Supervisor, you continually supervise, train, and monitor compliance with all existing- and new processes, policies, and procedures and update these when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and  manage the performance of F&B outlets
• Lead, train, and mentored team of F&B associates
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and service standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any service-related concerns
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience in a 5-star resort or fine-dining
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/F&B Management or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and spirits
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages (Italian/German) are a plus
• Familiarity with restaurant software systems; POS, PMS, Squirrel, OpenTable
• Valid Health Certificate and knowledge of HACCP Food Safety protocols
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
