Your Role:

As Production Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our canning, bottling, and distilling production lines. You’ll act as the central link between commercial forecasts and production execution, ensuring materials, timelines, and output align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production scheduling using commercial sales forecasts - Manage raw materials and finished goods across 4 warehouse sites - Monitor quality control and ensure consistent product standards - Oversee maintenance and uptime of production equipment - Supervise warehousing, organizing incoming/outgoing inventory - Liaise with commercial and purchasing teams to ensure alignment - Submit timely reports on production plans and completion dates - Lead by example on safety, cleanliness, and team communication

You Should Have:

- Previous experience in a food/beverage production environment - Strong organizational & leadership skills - Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and scheduling software - Ability to communicate clearly with team members across languages - Familiarity with production planning and warehouse flow

Extra Points For:

- Forklift certification or logistics experience - Experience with customs/bonded warehousing - Spanish, English, and/or Papiamento fluency
