Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Helper to join our dynamic team. This role supports daily operations in our warehouse, including receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching cargo. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the unloading and loading of cargo containers and trucks
• Accurately sort, label, and store cargo in designated areas
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Support the warehouse manager and customs clearance team as needed
• Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Help with packing, wrapping, and securing shipments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Willing to work flexible hours when required (e.g. overtime during peak deliveries)
• Basic understanding of safety and handling procedures
• Forklift experience is an advantage but not required
