JOB DESCRIPTION SALES ADMINISTRATIVE/RECEPTIONIST
- Check in clients.
- Input of information in the system.
- Prepare contract for the clients.
- Check stock for beverage, office supplies, guest supplies.
- Office administration work.
Working hours:
Full time job, from 8:30 to 5:00PM, holidays, weekend (depending on cruise ships)
Requirement:
- Good in English, good in customer relations
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Dependable
