We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our TUMI retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
• Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including organization, visual presentation, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience while maintaining TUMI’s high brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
• Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
• Demonstrate strong responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous management experience, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality.
• Fluent in Spanish, English, Dutch, and Papiamento.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and adapts with ease.
• Highly organized, responsible, and reliable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A genuine interest in luxury products, travel, sales, and customer service.
