Position Overview;

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and complete daily financial audits. This role ensures smooth guest service during night hours while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Overnight Front Desk Operations — Assist guests with check‑ins/outs, inquiries, and late‑night needs.
• Daily Audit — Balance and verify daily transactions, payments, and reports.
• System Reconciliation — Close the day, run system reports, and prepare summaries for management.
• Safety & Security — Monitor property, follow safety procedures, and report incidents.
• Communication — Coordinate with morning shift and ensure smooth handover.

Requirements

• Experience in front desk, accounting, or hospitality preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Basic knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage
