Purpose of the Job:

The Procurement & Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of supplies, materials and equipment necessary to support ACF’s conservation, operational and administrative activities. 

Job Requirements:

▪ Min. Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

▪ At least 2 years experience in inventory management or related field.

▪ Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

▪ Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management and inventory principles.

▪ Proficiency in using inventory management software, accounting software and MS Office applications.

▪ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.

▪ Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

▪ Effective communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
