About the vacancy
Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, managing promotional materials and merchandise, organizing events, and providing strategic support to departments and subsidiaries.
This role requires a creative, results-driven professional with a fresh perspective and a strategic mindset. The Officer will lead marketing and PR initiatives across both digital and traditional channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver clear, consistent messaging and strengthen engagement with target audiences.
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in Marketing
- Exceptional communication skills: Fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento, both in written and spoken forms.
- Advanced PC proficiency: Expertise in using common software tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to efficiently communicate and access information within the bank.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across departments, subsidiaries and external partners at all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Organizational and time management abilities: Skilled in planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks with a keen attention to detail. Adept at prioritizing and managing a diverse and demanding workload effectively while managing deliverables to ensure timely adherence to deadlines.
- Customer service excellence: Demonstrates sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, ensuring customer concerns and needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Arts and Culture: A solid understanding and genuine interest in design, art history, culture and the creative industry as a whole is highly valued.
