Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and serving of the food in the cafeteria- Sweeps and mops the kitchen on a daily basis at the beginning and end of the shift Sweeps and mops the bar area on a daily basis Washes all pots and pans Cleans on a daily basis kitchen equipment Cleans the cutting area on a daily basis Cleans the BBQ Grill twice per week Serves food in the cafeteria on a daily basis Takes trash out on a daily basis or as frequent as required to the designated area Cleans Ovens, Stove grills, walk-in freezers and hood twice a week during graveyard shift Attends monthly departmental meetings Any other reasonable duties as required Performs other similar or related duties as necessary Requirements - Strong physical condition - Knowledge of sanitation standards - Pleasant personality - Team player What We Offer Team work, Pleasant work environment , Grow opportunity.
