On behalf of our client, we are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join their finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Tis role requires strong analytical skills, reliability, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting when required

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
