Your Role

As an Accounting & Payroll Services Consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced managers and partners, gain hands-on experience across diverse industries, and engage directly with clients. This role offers flexibility and growth, whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping and data entry
• Monthly and quarterly financial closings
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports for tax filings
• Assisting in the compilation of financial statements (Dutch GAAP)
• Payroll processing

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player who’s eager to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will have:

•  0-3 years work experience with a bachelor's / master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or 4+ years experience with an MBO/EPI diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Strong command of Dutch and English; Papiamento and Spanish are a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• A responsible, results-driven mindset
• A willingness to learn and take initiative
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel is a plus
