As a Junior Assistant Accountant, you will support the team in delivering high-quality financial and tax services. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, digitally skilled, and eager to build a career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing annual financial statements for SME clients
• Prepare and process financial administrations
• Support in drafting tax returns
• Maintain client contact for documentation requests and clarifications
• Identify special issues and discuss them with senior colleagues
• Contribute to internal improvement and digitalization initiatives

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Accountancy or Business Economics or equivalent experience
• Analytical and precise, with a result-driven mindset
• A strong communicator in Dutch, English, and Papiamento (oral & written)
• Digitally skilled and driven, with confidence in using accounting software and digital tools
• Enthusiastic to learn and grow within a dynamic, innovative firm
• Client-Service Oriented
