Integrated Security Services is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our 24/7 Alarm Dispatch Center team. As an operator, you will be the first line of response, ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm and CCTV Video Monitoring systems
• Respond quickly and accurately to incoming alarms and emergency calls
• Dispatch security & patrol officers or emergency services when required
• Keep clear and accurate records of all incidents and responses
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and authorities

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is dependable, calm under pressure, and highly attentive to detail
• Has strong communication skills (English required; Papiamento, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus)
• Is computer-savvy and comfortable with monitoring software
• Can work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in security or dispatch is a plus (but full training will be provided)
