FCVR is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of its programs. The Program Manager will ensure high-quality service delivery, effective team coordination, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee the implementation and coordination of FCVR programs

·      Supervise program staff and support capacity building

·      Ensure program quality and adherence to FCVR policies and procedures

·      Lead monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes

·      Manage program planning, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with finance staff

·      Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders and community organizations

·      Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development

Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in program management

·      Experience in GBV, social services, or nonprofit programming preferred

·      Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

·      Experience working with donor-funded projects is an asset

·      Fluency in Papiamento and Dutch; English and Spanish are assets
