Supports the highest standards of member-customer service in attending to: membership new applications, membership renewals, refund-return replacement and repair of merchandise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate to members current promotions.
Understanding of the membership sales through our Diamond and Business Membership cards to offer benefits to our members.
Maintain database in the AS400 for members updated with information pertaining to sales, transaction log and match cash against credit cards.
Performs initial audit of approved membership applicants.
Performs the processing of application approval and the release of Membership’s permanent and temporary cards.
Responsible for offering our Cobranded Credit Card and increasing the amount of dual credit cardholders in the country by promoting our credit card’s benefits.

Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
Excellent math skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Knowledge in Windows operating systems and AS400.
Proficient in Spanish and/or English languages (verbal and written).

PriceSmart, headquartered in San Diego, owns and operates U.S.-style membership shopping warehouse clubs in Latin America and the Caribbean, selling high quality merchandise and services at low prices to PriceSmart Members. PriceSmart operates 47 warehouse clubs in 12 countries and one U.S. territory (eight in Costa Rica and Colombia; seven in Panama; five in the Dominican Republic, four in Trinidad and Guatemala; three in Honduras; two each in El Salvador and Nicaragua; and one each in Aruba, Barbados, Jamaica and the United States Virgin Islands). The Company also plans to open new warehouse clubs in Guatemala City, Guatemala and Bucaramanga, Colombia in the fall of 2021, and in Portmore, Jamaica in the spring of 2022. Once these three new clubs are open, the Company will operate 50 warehouse clubs.
