Integrated Security Services is seeking Experienced Security Officers to join our professional team at, one of the most vital companies on the island. This is a prestigious opportunity to protect critical infrastructure and ensure the safety of employees, assets, and operations that power Aruba every day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guard and patrol the facilities to prevent unauthorized access
• Monitor entry points, employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
• Enforce safety and security regulations in line with company policies
• Write detailed reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Experience as a Security Officer (industrial, utility, or high-security sites is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (English required; Papiamento/Dutch/Spanish a plus)
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and alertness
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Security certification and training is a plus (additional training provided)
