We are looking for Alarm Operators to join our Alarm Monitoring Center! (23:00 P.M. pa 7:00 A.M.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras, burglary alarm systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Inform clients of security incidents and manage emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to help resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Age between 21 and 45 years old.
• Education: Preferably E.P.I. diploma or higher.
• Experience is not necessary, but it is a plus.
• Ability to sit for long periods while staying focused.
• Strong vision, hearing, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of technology (computers, radios, and software).
• Ability to manage stress and perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends.
