Assistant Store Manager – Job Requirements

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to work confidently in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the store.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Responsible, reliable, and professional
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cash register and POS duties
• Ability to perform store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Good understanding and experience with Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to support and motivate the store team
• Flexible and willing to assist with different store operations when needed
