The Wholesale Helper assists in the day-to-day operations of a wholesale warehouse or distribution center. Duties include packing and unpacking goods, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, organizing stock, preparing orders for dispatch, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with unloading of containers;
• Assist in receiving, verifying, and preparing wholesale orders for dispatch;
• Monitor and organize stock levels to ensure adequate supply for wholesale customers;
• Coordinate with shipping and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
• Respond to inquiries from wholesale clients, resolve issues, and provide product or order updates;
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment;
• Physically fit;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accurate in record-keeping
• Language proficient in Dutch, Papiamentu, Spanish and English, both oral and written;
• Available weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
