We are seeking a Flight Training Operations Assistant to support the administrative and operational activities of the Flight Training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Flight Training Manager with preparation of training documentation and course materials
• Prepare and manage grade sheets, training records, and course paperwork
• Register trainees using company systems and tools
• Ensure trainee documentation is complete and properly organized
• Maintain trainee folders in both digital and physical formats
• Verify signatures and completion of training records by instructors
• Report any documentation discrepancies to the Flight Training Manager
• Prepare training certificates and licensing documentation
• Organize and finalize training records upon course completion
• Track the preparation and closure status of trainee folders
• Archive trainee documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Flight Training Manager

Skills and Experience

• Good IT qualifications and strong computer literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with document management systems and cloud storage platforms
• Ability to manage digital records and administrative databases
• Experience using company operational or training management systems is an advantage
• Experience in administration, training coordination, or aviation operations is preferred
• Experience working with aviation training records or documentation systems is an advantage
