About the vacancy
As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process for our guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Languages: English, Dutch, Papiamento and Spanish
- Computer knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
