Customer Service (Student Part-Time)

As a Customer Service (Student Part-Time), you will be an important link between our clients and our logistics operations. This role is ideal for a motivated student who wants hands-on experience in logistics and customer service while working part-time. You will support daily operations by assisting clients, coordinating information internally, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Act as one of the primary points of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on shipments, deliveries, and customs status.
• Handle client inquiries and support issue resolution in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Logistics Support & Coordination

• Assist with planning and scheduling inbound and outbound shipments in coordination with the warehouse and customs teams.
• Help monitor container arrivals, clearance progress, and delivery timelines.
• Support tracking of cargo movements and flag potential delays or issues to the team.

Administrative Support

• Maintain clear and accurate records of client communications, schedules, and delivery notes.
• Assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks related to logistics performance.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student (Havo, EPI, or higher education).
• Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in Papiamento, English, Spanish, and Dutch.
• High attention to detail, especially with schedules, documentation, and cargo tracking.
• Interest in logistics, customer service, or freight forwarding (experience is a plus but not required).
• Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
